I’ve been doing Salinas, CA handyman and property maintenance/home repair work professionally since 2000. Handyman 831 has been up and running since 2013. I’ve completed full house remodels to small maintenance tasks…and almost everything in between.
A Salinas resident my entire life, I currently live in South Salinas with my wife, daughter, and border collie.
I’m not a state licensed contractor, but rather a skilled maintenance and repair specialist. I cover a wide variety of fields while giving you great pricing. I’m licensed locally and have full general liability insurance coverage. All forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. And I’m open to bartering!
I cover all Monterey County areas: Salinas, Monterey, Seaside, Prunedale, South County, Monterey Peninsula, Carmel, Carmel Valley, and all areas in between.
